What is your range?
We are based out of north Fort Worth, and travel up to 50 miles round trip included in your pricing detail. Servicable areas include: Forth Worth, Dallas, North Richland Hills, Keller, Saginaw, Lake Worth, White Settlement, Azle, Haltom City, Watagua, Colleyville, McKinney, Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Grand Prairie, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Rhome, Justin, Argyle & more.
Where do you source your beans?
We proudly brew freshly roasted beans by our friends at Voltage Coffee Project. Voltage is a small batch roaster based out of Decatur TX. Our beans are a Brazilian & Ethiopian blend boasting notes of chocolate & caramel with a slight nuttiness that makes this roast the best we’ve ever had! We’re proud to present it to you on our own turf.
Can I customize my event?
We are proud to offer a highly customizable catering experience. Each and every menu is unique not only to your preference, but to the theme of your event. We guarantee we can have something for each one of your guests on our menu.
For an additional fee we are also able to customize the sleeves & cups, use branded stickers, add custom signs, or even brand our cart!
Do you do pop-ups?
Heritage House offers a uniquely personal catered experience. Our service shines brightest when we are hired to serve your guests at no cost to them! For this reason we do not typically engage in sell to the public markets, pop ups, or other vendor events without a deposit. If you’d like us to come out for our service to be available to your guests, we do offer this as one of our packages with a set up fee and sales minimum.
Do you deliver?
We currently do not have the capacity to deliver individual drinks at the moment.
What is your minimum?
We will serve ANY size event, but our lowest price point is $395. This services “up to” 50 guests. You are not required to have that many people in attendance. We can still serve your event!
What separates us from the rest?
with the home barista movement booming, everyone is a barista right?
Wrong! We almost didn’t get into this business because I wasn’t sure that amazing coffee could come from a tiny little setup. After doing some research, I was blown away by what “could be.” Many of the industry’s top players have released mini machines not just for the home barista, but for commercial use. Producing coffee at a commercial grade level along with high volume requires very specific machinery. We’ve done the work (and made the mistakes) for you so you don’t have to.
One of the biggest benefits to working with us is you are getting top tier quality, right to your event. Not only do we take care of every detail (and include that in your price for 1 easy upfront fee) on your day, we’ve taken care of every detail leading up to it. Our blend is highly researched, our technique is perfected, our equipment is specifically made to service large groups, we dial in for each and every event, and we customize the experience entirely to you. You can trust your guests (and their drinks!) to us!
